How to calculate 13th salary?
According to Law 40.090/1962, the Christmas Bonus will correspond to 1/12 of the remuneration due in December, per month of service, of the corresponding year.
Therefore, the value of the thirteenth salary is equal to the value of the worker's net monthly salary.
To calculate how much you will receive in the first installment, you must divide your salary by 12, then multiply the result by the number of months worked and divide by 2.
Since the amount of the first installment cannot be less than 50%, you can also divide the amount of your last salary by 2.
